Day with little bug

I've been missing little bug during the day, and work is slow right now so I let her stay at home with me while I "worked from home" today. She started off the day by waking up with the giggles. She was laughing her belly laugh at everything from changing her diaper to giving her a bottle. She is getting really good at imitating sounds now. She has a book that shows an elephant and then it says "bralooo", which is apparently how you spell the noise an elephant makes. Anyway, she imitates the sounds now. Squak, squak for the parajo & oo-oo for the monkey.

During the day, I was in the kitchen and didn't see where she was in the dining room. Silence is never good, so I found her under the dining room table eating carpet lint. I'm so concerned about what is in her food, so we only feed her organic food - and her favorite things to eat are carpet lint and paper. Go figure. I crawled under the table to pick up the extra carpet fibers before she ate any more and she thought it was hysterical that I was under the table with her. She started laughing and fell over on her side she was giggling so much.

We got the mail together, bills for me, a postcard for her. A few seconds later the corner of the postcard had been eaten. I hope they use organic paper.

When it came time for my conference call at 2, she crawled over to me, gave me a huge yawn and went right to sleep in her crib. She was the perfect co-worker today...minus the paper eating.
