Puppy love

We were at a friend's house for a BBQ and they have a sweet golden retriever. Little bug was sitting on my lap and reaching for the dog, so the dog came up and licked her hands and gave her a big kiss on the lips. My little bug didn't cry, she wasn't sure what to do, but she definitely liked the dog. During the party she kept walking (while holding onto my hands) towards the dog, and when it would turn around to play with her, little bug would back away. She wanted to get close enough to watch the puppy, but still kept her distance just in case any more doggy kisses were on their way.
